The first time you come see me, please arrive 5-10 minutes early so that you can fill out some paperwork and we can have plenty of time to talk about your health history and your goals for treatment. Subsequent sessions will also include time at the beginning and end for conversation about what your body needs on a given day, how you feel after the session, and stretching or other self-care recommendations. My sessions are always confidential and for therapeutic purposes only.
Gift certificates are always available. Wellness Cards make a wonderful present, too!

I will confirm your session the day before. Please note that I have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please respect my time and business by letting me know at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session time. Thanks! If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you’ll be charged 50% of your session price unless I can find a client to fill the time. Sickness and emergencies are exempt from this policy at my discretion.
